Quiche

For Pastry :
300gm flour (200gm plain + 100gm wholemeal)
150gm butter (cold)
4-5 tbsp cold milk/water
* mix all, roll & cut to your preferred size
* bake for 30 mins
Basic custard :
4 eggs
1 cup milk or 3/4 cup cream
1/2 cup cheese
1-2 cup of own choice filling
salt & pepper to taste
* beat eggs wth cream/milk
* add half of cheese into the eggs mixture
* pour into the crust and bake for 30 mins (180 degree)
* add the other half of cheese and bake again for another 30
